I am a licensed acupuncturist in Seattle Washington specializing in gentle Japanese acupuncture along with cranial sacral techniques.  I believe that our bodies have an innate ability to heal and sometimes need a gentle reminder of how to return to health.  I practice an intuitive and interactive style to provide balanced and personalized treatments.

The combination of Japanese acupuncture and cranial-sacral work provides deeper and more effective results than acupuncture alone.  It is especially suited for sensitive or fearful clients as the needling methods are shallow and virtually painless, using the smallest gauge needles. Because acupuncture balances the nervous system, it is deeply relaxing and regenerative.

This modality often works very well for problems that have resisted other types of treatment.  It can be a powerful complement to other care.  I often work in conjunction with physical therapists, mental health practitioners, chiropractors, naturopaths and medical doctors.
